Outlook Express TutorialThis tutorial will help you set message rules to control spam. I have put two examples together. 1. Click on the menu Tools ans select Message Rules and click on Mail.
2. The new mail rule dialog box will come up. There are four steps. For the example we will check the box in step one that says "where the message body contains specific words". Another way to use message rules 1. Click on the menu Tools and select Message Rules and click on block senders list. 2.see figure 4. Here what you aregoing to do is add senders email address to a block list and that way whom ever is on the list there email will automatically be deleted.
